Over 25 years of Finance & Management experience in financial planning, financial accounting and management reporting for 2 public quoted company in Sri Lanka for more than 2 decades in the capacity as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Group General Manager, Financial Services.

Specialized in business restructuring and system process re-engineering and computer system automation for a financial services organization and a conglomerate operating in manufacturing, leisure, trading, and consulting services. With experienced in Mergers and Acquisitions, capital re-structuring and cashflow planning. In-depth knowledge in warehouse/inventory management, product costing and compliance management and reporting. Practical working knowledge in different computer application systems from an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system such as SAP to QuickBooks, ZERO, Sage & FreshBooks.

Enjoys in guiding and supporting the career development and advancement of colleagues sharing my personal and professional experiences. Volunteer in educating underprivileged children in the Northern part of Sri Lanka.

Outside of my professional interest, I passionately work with my kids in realizing their own life dreams!
